How Shattered EON Works

The developers of Shattered EON have scoured the code and events surrounding many previous attempts at this concept. As there have been a series of exploits and pauses that have cropped up in these games, our developers have sought to learn from these pitfalls, and rectify them while precluding others. Shattered EON is intended to be a seamless, though episodic experience. As with others, the contracts will be verified on Etherscan. Pauses may be implemented to upgrade functions or cull new attempts at penetrating the fairness of our systems. This is still very much the wild west and everything is subject to change at a moments notice. Our team is diligent and will have extra support available post launch to monitor data.

Our goal is to create a sustainable, vast, engrossing world that continues to unfold with new layers, adventures, and surprises. The Shattered EON Team has planned to provide a lasting experience rather than an overhyped, ephemeral monetary swap.

Most of the mechanics introduce players to common functions prevalent on the Ethereum blockchain, this includes transporting your assets to different layers of gameplay through wallet based actions.

In the beginning stages players will mint, stake, refine, and attempt to try their hand at joining the ranks of the Ai-Lax pirate guild.

Minting is the creation of new assets through the usage of our contracts. This grants you the units (NFTs) necessary to participate in most aspects of the game.

Staking is comparable to depositing your money into an interest bearing bank account, or valuables into a safe deposit box. This explains depositing your earned colonists or pirates into a contract so it can yield rewards that coincide with the game mechanics.

Refine this will be how you convert in game currency to be used in different aspects of the ecosystem. Raw EON (rEON) goes in and refined, powerful EON comes out.

Defect you will need to earn a pirates respect, this is meant to be a rare and complex task and will risk not only a colonist in the process, but precious resources as well.
